Highly Recommended - Great Value and V Friendly Staff
We used this hotel as a stopover on our way to and from southern France on a family holiday with 3 children. Did not know what to expect, as this was one of the more reasonable cost hotels available (about 70Euros a room) that ctaered for triple and double rooms. We could not have been more pleased! This hotel is situated right on the Loire River with beautiful views from the lovely gardens. You can take breakfast outside too. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable and the staff the friendliest you could ask for. Parking is great with CCTV hidden in among the tree lined driveway. They do not offer evening meals but a hundred yards down the drive is an excellent french restaurant. Their continental breakfast buffet was like the rest of the hotel - excellent! Much better than the usual chains and business hotels. Choose and you will not be disappointed.
If you have a few kids with you, they offer triple and double rooms, so it’s perfect for a family of five or more.

A serviceable hotel
Orleans Parc Hotel is a small, quiet hotel set about 200 yards back from a main road very close to the E5 from Paris to Bordeaux, just outside Orleans. Grounds are lovely, on the Loire river, with adjacent walking trails. The friendly staff speaks little English so it helps if you speak at least some French. The hotel is not air conditioned and there is no elevator. We were not offered help with our luggage. We did not eat at the hotel but there is an excellent restaurant next door (Cote Saveur - very highly recommended) and a nice little boulangerie just steps away with very good croissants. Rooms are a reasonable size and are quite clean and neat although could use a little updating.
