Hotel Savina
The hotel is very nice for the price.My wife I stayed with 3 children and were quite comfortable in a larger room. The owners are friendly and acommodating when faced with any questions or concerns. The food in the hotel was adequate in the morning and good if you decide to stay for the main evening meal. It is in a central location with easy access to the local amenities , beach etc. I would have no qualms about staying there again.
Traveller's tip on dining
Try the recommendations of the hotelier. The restaurants on the main street may appear reasonable at first but those on the side streets frequented by the italians are better value. The only issue can be the language barrier. If a non italian speaker ( as we were ) then be prepered to be served a more interesting selection of dishes.

Would go back any day
Hotel Savina was lovely. Very homely with clean, air conditioned rooms that were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the dinner provided at ten euros a head was really really good food. it is right by the beach and alll the restaurants and bars. A lovely hotel with lovely staff. would reccomend it to anyone.
Go to the Black Cat restaurant, it is very good food with very good service.
