Good room for the money
The room itself was nice and cheaper than rooms at other hotels in the area. The person at the front desk was not the most informed. She told me that the event I was attending was over an hour away when it was only 10 minutes from the hotel. The halls and the room had a strong smell of some type of cleaner but once you ran the air conditioner in the room the smell faded.

Great for the price
The room was very good for the money. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. I loved having a reafrigerator and microwave, many places charge extra or they are twice the cost for this. Other similar rooms were almost twice as much money, I couldn’t have afforded to attend my function if it wasn’t for this hotel.

Great room for the money
The room had what was posted. It was easy to get to and the directions were easy to follow. Staff was nice.

Poor Air Conditioning... poor attitude
Very old air conditioning system... rooms, lobby, etc were stuffy and hot... horrible a/c controls in rooms. Lobby staff was pretty bad... not at all ’hospitable’... seemed like they were annoyed when you asked a question.

A little get away
It was a quick and nice stay. The Hotel was very accomadating and it was a nice room just what we needed to get away for the night and relax. I would reccommend this stay to anyone. Not bad for the price either.

Doable
This was our second stay. This room was not as nice at the first, the beds were too soft, the bathroom light fixture broke on day two, the bathroom light remained on for the remainder of our trip (our choice) as to not inconvenience the entire wing of hotel guests. Small outdoor pool, was locked all day for one day of our stay.

Nice amenities
Liked that this hotel had in-room wireless computer access, good continental breakfast, outdoor pool, laundry facilities and adjacent restaurant.

Overall the best part of our stay was the pleasant staff. They responded very well to every request and made or stay comfortable.

OK for the price
Housekeeping services were limited. If you wanted an extra pillow or blanket you had to go get it yourself. I was told "I’m the only one on tonight". Only one small bottle of shampoo, not enough for 2 people, need extra, have to go get it yourself. Breakfast consisted of frozen donuts and coffee, some pastry and toast. Ok for the money, but not my first choice.

Customer Sevice could be better
Very nice room. Girls at desk seemed a bit unprepared, couldn’t find my reservation, etc. Also, they advertise complimentary late checkout, but when I asked for this service, was denied it. Well, actually, first they asked if I was there on business, and when I said no, they wanted to charge half a day for late checkout. Would they have allowed it if I WAS on business? Didn’t make sense to me, and brought the whole experience down a notch.
