Great staff and restaurant
We had a long drive and arrived late so we were really pleased to find our room was nice, clean and comfortable and they had a good restaurant. Great food and wine. The Staff here are great, really knowledgeable and friendly. Handy location just a few minutes drive from the lake, town centre and some really nice shops.

Visit the lake in the evening too, so pretty.

Absolutely LOVED it!
I wish that we could’ve stayed at the Oakridge Resort longer!! My husband and I just loved it! The whole resort has such a warm, cozy, rustic feel to it - from the moment we drove up and saw the fire torches on either side of the main entrance we knew we’d love it! The staff are beyond friendly and were SO nice! We stayed in a standard king room which had a balcony with a good view of the courtyard. The shower/bathroom was fantastic and the bed was SO comfy! We would give this resort 10 stars if we could! It’s located just outside of Wanaka, so we drove in for dinner/lunch/shopping, but we absolutely loved it and would stay again and again!!

A little bit out of the main town, the hotel has a nice swimming pool complex that is heated in the winter.
