Perfect for our needs
The Silver Cloud was perfect for our stay. Secure parking included. Good selection for breakfast. The laundry machines, though limited, were also a nice convenience. The staff was courteous.The location is near public transport and a few restaurants are within walking distance.

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel, friendly workers. Somewhat close to downtown but they offer a free shuttle service every half hour into the downtown area. Stayed for a week, was comfortable as a hotel could be.

Will be back!
This was our first ever visit to Seattle. Found this Hotel on the internet and took a chance after reading all positive reviews. I am glad we chose to stay here. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was polite and attentive. Swimming pool and hot tub, continental breakfast, and it was quiet. I can only say positive things and would recommend Silver Cloud-Lake Union to anyone. If you like to walk, downtown Seattle is not far, we did alot of walking. Two thumbs up!
We went in October. Weather was overcast and rained two days. My brother lives there, he said it was typical. Next time I would shoot for a visit in the spring, since I enjoy seeing the sun!
