Great desk staff, housekeeping not so much
The hotel is convenient, has protected parking (a premium in Louisville), and is reasonably comfortable. The housekeeping is spotty: room was missing items when I arrived and my entire floor was overlooked when they made up the rooms the next day. Management moved me to another room and apologized all over the place, but this suggests that the housekeeping manager is a problem. However, the desk staff and the hotel’s manager are now aware of this, so might already be fixed!

Great location and great value for the money
This is a great hotel choice if you’re visiting downtown Louisville. Everything is within walking distance, and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Compared to other hotels in the downtown area, we thought the Courtyard was a tremendous value for the money.
Traveller's tip on dining
Bearno’s pizza, which is directly across the street from the Courtyard, was incredible. Highly recommended!

Southern Hospitality!!
We went down to Louisville for a fast getaway on pretty short notice and wanted to be downtown. We found the Courtyard and based on reputation, a great rate, and location went with it. We could not have been happier with our stay. The staff was absolutely wonderful: extremely helpful, very friendly, and willing do anything to make sure our stay was the best possible. From the front desk, the restaurant/bar, and support staff, this was the best group of people I have ever dealt with. I will and have recommended this hotel to all my friends and family!
