Would highly recomend
Exellent location,just in the heart of Moscow,modern. Friendly atmosphere,very helful concierge. Good size room,a little bit noisy if your room overvew the street ,but it’s ok. Sypermarket not far from the hotel. Had wonderfull time there, highly recomend .....

Dirty shower and bath water
The hotel is well situated and the restaurant serves good food but that is as good as it gets. Reception at the hotel was unprofessional. Staff did not expect us and had to search for a room for us that after the booking was confirmed the day before. The rooms are very small with no place to put our bags. The water used for showering and bathing is dark brown with dirt and rust. The water smells bad and is not suitable for any human use. Room service was poor and the room not cleaned properly. This is not a 5 star hotel as Expedia said itt was. The restaurant was awarded 5 stars. Staff at the hotel confirmed that the hotel was a 3 star hotel.
