great location
Good looking hotel in great location. I stayed there because of the location. Clean rooms and pleasant staff, which unfortunately lacks good customer service training. When several lights in our room lacked bulb or working outlet, the response was "my associate responsable for this maintenace is off for the weekend" We checked in on Friday. When pressed, they sent a staff member. They don’t supply wash cloths, so bring them. Apart from these relatively minor inconveniences, the place was great, and I would heartily recommend.
We were a family of 5 adults in 2 rooms. Each room had a lovely seating area and tv, in addition to the bedroom tv. Continental breakfast was exactly that, nothing more.

Great location
We did not know how close we were to the city center, less than 10 minute walk. The caffes, the restaurants and the Danube,which by the way is not blue, is just around the corner. The rooms were large, like an apartment.Just as the pictures shown in the brochures. The staff was very amicable and spoke many languages. We needed a dentist for an emergency and just in front of the hotel was a great dentist office,extremely modern, and the hotel got us an appointment in less than half an hour. I will recommend this hotel to anyone,can’t wait to go back.

Hidden Gem
Wonderful hotel, a real hidden gem. Close to most of the major attractions, reasonable price, friendly staff, great room - what more could you want ? I will stay here again when I visit Budapest
