Excellent!
We were in Seattle for Business/pleasure. This hotel was great. The service was excellent,the location convenient. We are walkers...within 10-15 minutes of all the places we wanted to visit. The immediate plaza has a Whole Foods, convenient for breakfast, as well as two very good/ excellent restaurants. I felt relatively safe (female) walking alone to shopping and downtown. Although the moving wall to the bath area was different, we soon adjusted to it and did both use the soaking tub! Very relaxing after the day of conference and walking. Our conference provided bus service to the convention center. It is a little far if this service was not available. Would stay here again if in area, and, at Pan Pacific anywhere!

soft pillows
Loved the hotel. Within walking distance to downtown. I like firm pillows, but didn’t get in until late. They probably have firm ones that you could ask for, but I never got around to it.
