What a location
What a location, it’s right next to the Liver Building, at the revamped Pier Head! The city has been revitalised and you are in the best place to start looking around The staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast is excellent with lots of choices. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and well appointed My only gripe was that the room hadn’t been serviced by 3.30pm and one of the glass tumblers had not been washed (same day). Apart from that, it has my vote. Try for a room with a view of the river, you might be lucky & see the Queen Mary moored on the quay.

Would definitely stay here again
Was very impressed with this hotel, right from the lovely girl at check-in to the stanard of the room to the guy delivering my breakfast to my room. I arrived at 2.40pm on the Saturday, a little after i planned as i was stuck on the M6 coming from London. The girl on reception, once she heard i was going to Anfield for a 3pm kick-off, dealt with the check-in swiftly and also arranged for a taxi to take me there - all in about 5 mins! Very impressed! The room itself was comfortable but a little small. Breakfast was lovely - if a little paltry, All in all, i would have to look for closely to find anything wrong! Will defintitely return!

The Crowne Plaza was everything I expected, well run, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable well appointed rooms, and a breakfast to die for!
Don’t pass on breakfast, it’s mighty awesome!
