Terrible Service
I had confirmed reservation by phone to the front desk and told them I would be a late check in. When I got to the hotel my room was given to someone else and they gave me a queen double. I had planned to look at moon rise with a special person. There was a convention and over booked. There was no compensation even with discussion with manager.

Very clean, poor customer services
I accidentally left my sunglasses in the room when I checked out. Realizing this only an hour after leaving the room, I called and asked if the maids had found them. I was told to call back later at the end of the day. I’ve called back at least 3 times now and never once actually spoken with the person in charge of lost and found. I’m always sent to a voice mail and they never return calls. I know it’s my fault for forgetting my sunglasses but this seems really unprofessional to not return so many calls.
Moose’s Tooth restaurant has the most unbelievable fish tacos you’ll ever taste. Don’t miss them.
