Good value hotel great location
This hotel has a great location 2 mins from the tram which takes 5-10 mins to get to the center of Rome. The hotel is down a side street in the travestere area which is one of the less picturesque areas of Rome. Travestere does have great places to eat which are no more than 7 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is however in need of repair on the outside but does this really matter. It looks onto luxury apartment down a quiet side street. We did think the hotel was very noisy though the Walls arent sound proofed and the noise carried, we ended up sleeping with ear plugs. This would I say is the main down side of the hotel. The rooms are well sized and well maintained. Staff are lovely. Breakfast is a typical european spread which is basic but has everything you need.
