Quiet place to stay in Marseille
Relaxing, quiet and clean ***Hotel with plenty of space in and around the room. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed most of our stay very much. The only criticisable issue were the smelly bath towels, which should either be renewed more often by the hotel or be washed at a hotter temperature. If without car, take bus Nr. 61 from downtown. However, after 8pm you will need to take a taxi back to the hotel.
Very relaxing place to stay if you look for some quiet place after exploring Marseille’s vital street life. For those who look for a kids friendly beach in Marseille, the very close ’Plage du Prophète" is a nice option.

can’t wasit to go back .. had again a hreat time ... was my 2nd stay
as last time, garden was immaculate, staff very helpful and nice .. breakfast perfect .. fresh orange juice ..

do not miss a boat trip to the calanques in Cassis !! a must .. and sip an aperitif at Bar La Caravelle !

The hotel
The staff were helpful, cheerful and highly competent. The buffet breakfast had everything we wanted. The choice of dishes in the evening was limited but quite suficient. They were well prepared and well presented. It was autumn and siting in the garden in the evening was a joy.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Restaurent Michel if you really like fish. Some roads leading to the coast road shown on some maps actually end in a stair - no good for cars! A map that showed clearly the roads ending with stairs was the fold out part of "Plan Guide Blay-Foldex Marseille agglomeration" 3 135561 303059
