Outstanding hotel
We relied heavily on Expedia reviews to select this hotel and were not disappointed. The hotel is in mint condition. We only stayed for two nights of a three plus week trip, but the stay was very enjoyable. The reception staff was first rate, the best I have encountered. The staff got us oriented to the hotel’s location (right across from the opera house) and made excellent suggestions about what we should do in such a short stay in Vienna. The staff booked water taxis, provided escorts and gave us the royal treatment. The rooms were just as advertised - good-sized and very beautifully decorated. The beds were large and confortable; the bathroom appeared to be brand new. The hotel is easy to find if you know where you are going. Take the Rialto water taxi from the train station and the hotel is just a couple of short blocks from the hotel entrance. Keep in mind that you will be hauling your own luggage up and down stairs and over a couple of small bridges, so pack light!! We would definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Venice.

Brilliant choice- dont miss this super hotel!
Spent ages trying to decide which hotel to stay at and really glad we chose this one. Have no hesitation in recommending it- superb position minutes from the rialto bridge, elegant, lovely large bedroom and welcome buffet breakfast
