Great hotel staff very friendly
Stayed four nights, room cleaned every day and clean towels Power shower with plenty of hot water Reception staff were exellent very helpful in assisting us with information of tours and booking them from the hotel and informing us of places of special interest to visit with good clear directions on how to get there Breakfast was very good and always plenty to eat The hotel was very clean and tea and biscuits always available in the reception area Also they had the cheapest beer I could find in Krakow
This hotel is only two minutes walk from the Old Town Quiet at night no late night noise Great base for a visit to Krakow About fifteen mins walk to the train station

Excellent location
Fantastic location close to the medieval square and old jewish quarter a five to ten minute walk.The breakfast was included in the room offer and was very good and offered hot and cold choices.

Will be back!
Everything about this hotel highlights why it has such great reviews. The reception staff are friendly and kind. We arrived very early in the morning and they sorted our room quickly so we could get in and shower etc before heading out for the day. The small size adds to the atmosphere and personal service!
