a few problems
the night staff is verry short and not helpful at all. but all the staff I encountered outside of front desk staff was wonderful

Not much of a "water park"
I stayed at this hotel last year and the water park was late being completed which sucked. So this year since it was finished we thought we would give it a try again, well... the water park is not worth the price you have to pay, it should be included if your staying at the hotel, since they don’t have a pool. The enclosed water park needs the ventilation system reworked, it was so hot and humid inside it was almost unbearable. Hotel staff could use an attitude adjustment too, not the nicest folks when you need something. I wont be back next year, I will book at another hotel in the area.

Needs a lot of upgrades and improvement
PROS: Waterpark staff was FANTASTIC!!!, the free breakfast along with the breakfast staff was great. Right off of the freeway and by the main road in St. Joe. CONS:sheets were stained, wall paper falling off, rooms were dirty, door wouldn’t shut, room smelled, waterpark was not included in the price and way overpriced for what you get.
