Beautiful Scenery, Terrible Staff
The hotel and surrounding area, including the beaches are beautiful! The location does not offer a lot in terms of things to do or restaurants, but is great for a relaxing getaway. One major problem is the staff. They are not helpful and the restaurant staff are rude, impatient and did not treat us well. We had to eat there every night because the other restaurants in the area were closed for refurbishment and off season hours. The menu only had 4 choices. Needless to say the food was not a highlight on our trip.
Must go on a lunch snorkeling trip at shipwrecks and swim with turtles!!!

no night life on this side of island
hotel was very nice. only thing i can really complain about was that everything closed so early. bar and restaurant were closed by 7 or 8 every night. food prices were high but drink prices were low.

A great relaxing getaway
Great place to go and relax for a few days. Is very isolated so if you dont have a rental car will be restricted to an hourly bus and only eating at the hotel. Was perfect for me who only wanted a couple of days of relaxing walks on the beaches and lazing by the pool. If you want any nightlife or variety of food would probably not be the place you want to stay. Was really great value and did exceed my expectations. Was really impressed with the pool and the rooms were really nice. Being a small hotel was nice in that you get to know most of the other guests and share meals and a beer together.
