great customer services (front desk), nearby metro station and stores (grocery included), room temperature is set and not controlled by guests, no mouthwash

First upgrade at the Renaissance
Got upgraded to a junior wuite, which was very very spacious. Only minor grumble was that the sign telling me that the water was complimentary was there, but the water wasn’t. Didn’t notice until the morning when I went to make a drink, but only a minor issue.

Won’t be returning
The hotel was obviously top class - except the breakfast. It was really below average. You really need to improve on this given the class of the hotel. Dinner was fabulous!
This hotel obviously caters for businesses - where expenses pay the bill. Beware! The price of drinks in the bar is out of our league.
