Luxury at it’s best
Such a great place to stay. Very comfortable, friendly and attentive staff,from the desk to housekeepers. Close to an ’L’ station which you should use if going downtown.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
If you can avoid using a car here-do it. There are airport shuttles and the hotel is close to Loop access. The train can get you all around the city and will save you the $22.00 a day to park a car at the hotel. Parking downtown is even more expensive. The people in Chicago are some of the worse drivers I’ve encountered, and I travel a lot.

Great room for the money
Nice, large, clean room, with ample space for a family. Parking fees were a bit excessive but the workout facility is very nice and the pool has no frills but my kids did not seem to mind. Close to the CTA Train Station and would not think twice about staying there again.

Loved this hotel
This hotel was soooo beautiful, clean; the staff was nice and friendly. The room was very comfortable, clean, and just nice to be in. The shuttle service was nice. It comes about every 20 mins. And if it’s really late, you can call for it from the airport. I plan on staying here again.
