Nice hotel in the north of the city
Nice place to stay. Lots of services/restaurants nearby. Close to the highway.

OUTSTANDING HOTEL
WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE HOTEL. WE WERE MOVED TO A SUITE FOR THE SAME PRICE AND IT WAS REAL NICE. WE ARE WONDERING IF YOU HAVE TWO BEDROOM TWO BATH SUITES IN DOWNTOWN INDY AND IN NEW YORK CITY DOWNTOWN. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Needs Updating/Needs Improvement
Overall, we were satisfied with this hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. The lobby was beautiful, but the floor we stayed on was not. The wallpaper in the halls had pen or marker on it, the wallpaper was slashed and coming off the wall in one place, and the hall carpet had a seriously frayed seam that we had to walk over. Some updates had been made, such as a marble countertop in the bathroom; other items, such as the door and the closet doors, reminded me of a dorm room from the 1960’s. There was a coffee maker provided but no nearby electrical outlet to plug into. Good restaurants nearby.
