Positive: 1. Right in the center 2. Big room 3. Clean room 4. Excellent staff Negative 1. Dated 2. Hard to find NOTE: This hotel is more commonly known as HOTEL CENTRAL. All the signs do not point to Golden Tulip but only Hotel Central.
