Good location
When we arrived staff on reception were very helpful and pleasant. The room did not have a beach view but we knew that. It was very clean and and the towels provided were very clean and the maid cleaned the room each day. We did not stay for breakfast of evening meal as we found it to be too expensive we ate out. The Hotel is in an excellent location and we woudl go back there again.
Best public transport I know. Get the bus into Nice from the Airport Number 98 it only cost 4 euros and stopped just outside the hotel. We also got the bus into Monaco from Nice bus station No 100X expres bus cost 1 euro best value for money.

good location
Good location. Easy to get to all the sights, train station, airport. Great view with sea view room, but expensive. Staff very helpful. Rooms very basic but had well equipped bathroom with tub. Breakfast was not included.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Make sure you get a good map at the tourist center which is a few blocks from hotel or bring one with you. Getting around can be difficult if you only know english. Have euro coins handy for transportation.

Great location
Classic old hotel with spartan furnishings, but very clean and comfortable. Great location with great view from sea front rooms. Caters to older crowd, much older.
