A good weekender

2nd stay at this hotel for a weekend trip to Boston to see the sites. Had a lot of trouble actually finding a room, Expedia was the only site that had an available room at this hotel. The room was in their seperate "apartment tower" building and was a short walk through a food court to the room from the lobby. The hotel is a short walk to the T and easily accessable to museums and food. It wasn’t the most comfortable bed and the room tempature was a bit hard to regulate but I would stay again given it’s relative comfort and location. This was an October trip so it was chilly but the walks are short.

I will never go to Best Western again

The rooms smelled cigarette smoke. The TV was not working at different times of the day and I could not access cable TV. The towels were yellowish and old. The bed also smelled. The room was very expensive and did not even worth it. The lounge and restaurant smelled fried food and the service was bad and slow. Took them forever to arrive with a bowl of cereal and milk in the morning when I was in rush to get to my meeting. There was no staff at the door most of the time during the day to call you a cab. Everything was very old.

Traveller's tip for business travellers

If you don’t have to be in that area because of the access to hospitals don’t stay in this hotel.
