Won’t be Back
Upon pulling up to the W, I thought I was in the wrong place, as the doormen were wearing sunglasses (at 10pm), and dancing to deafening music coming from the bar adjacent to the lobby desk. When I attempted to check in, the hotel had run out of rooms with two queen beds (even though I called ahead earlier that day to ensure my reservations were all set), and my friend and I ended up having to share a bed! The manager explained (yelling over the music) that my reservations weren’t even guaranteed, even though I had pre-paid, and called ahead. Boo! I expect much better service from an expensive hotel, and will not be going back to "Club" W Hotel. If you are travelling with kids, don’t even think about staying here! It is not worth the money, no matter how you look at it.

Dallas W
For a high end hotel we were not impressed and would choose to spend our money else where in the future. We would most likely NOT stay in this hotel for future visits to Dallas.

Friendly staff- hotel overpriced
The staff was friendly and helpful. The free shuttle {7-mile radius} and the outdoor pool were nice features. The hallways and elevators are dark and the hotel has a mirror fetish. Cost of parking, room service and food items in the room bordered on the absurd. Considering the room rate I would not return or recommend this facility.
