Not impressed at all.
Trying to be a 5 star hotel with the sandals and bathrobes. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, and breakfast is good. Service and cleanliness is like a 3-1/2 star hotel. Room is dark and dingy, faucet in the bathroom was leaking, bathtub and shower has mildew everywhere. There is a European guy who speaks English when we checked in but the next day he’s not there and we can’t complain because the front desk didn’t seem to understand. We had no choice but to stay since we were there for business, lucky it’s a short stay. Should not say 5 star in the description!! Very happy to leave.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Bring some dictionary or phrase book because most of the hotel employees don’t speak English. In front of the hotel has a museum if you need to kill time. There is a fancy Chinese restaurant in the hotel but zero English language.
