A new winter sun destination
Great hotel, well designed and well run. Meals good quality - breakfast buffet has EVERYTHING you could wish - but expensive, particularly water and remember you are some distance from anything else so are a captive audience. Would I go back? Definitely and as my title suggests perfect for a relaxing winter break.
There is a small store next to the golf clubhouse where you can stock up on water etc or take the shuttle bus into Maspalomas early on in your stay to do the same.

Hotel very nice, services - reception and informing insufficient and unprofessional thus leading to rather boring stay, great restaurants

Could be better
The hotel boasts amazing views and wonderful pool and relaxing areas. However one or two minor niggles took the gloss off our stay. The absence of any tea or coffee making facilities in the room leaves a feeling of ’not being made comfortable’ in our room. Also we like to retire early to our room on occasion and watch a film - however none of the films that we chose during our stay were watchable due to volume problems. Although the staff made efforts to put this right, I got the feeling that they weren’t trying very hard, however we weren’t charged for any of the films we ’tried’ to watch. Finally the cost of the food, we thought was exorbitant and we made every effort to eat out. Would we go back again? Yes.
