dont go in ’low season’ without a car
we stayed in a maxi caravan which was fully equipped, clean and contained a heating/air conditioning unit. There was a TV but unless you can speak German not much good. The site was clean, with a restaurant, market and good views of lake garda. Me and my boyfriend like to explore and take trips out which we found very difficult in low season as very poorly linked by transport (1 bus every hour about 25 min walk from hotel) and no train station near so would recommend hiring a car if going to this resort

Nice people but...
....I wouldn’t recommend this to people who are used to higher value for money standards. The hotel stuff is nice and really trying hard. If you do not expect your room to be cleaned for over a week (or are willing to pay $70 or so for it to be cleaned!) then you might be very happy there. Otherwise I’d say this is a very poor deal.
