Excellent hotel with charming helpful staff
This is a beautifully thought through hotel, in a wonderful tropical location. Pros: - Attention to detail - Relaxed laid back atmosphere and approach - Thoughtful, considerate staff - Very skilled Spa staff Minor Cons: - It is a little way from the main town which would make me think whether I would want somewhere nearer next time. - It is relatively speaking more expensive than most others that I visited (and through speaking to others while there) and again it might make me think of trying somewhere a little cheaper. - The variety of food is lacking, but that is true for the island generally. It didn’t bother me to be honest, but if you go thinking you will get a large variety of Thai food then you won’t. - Occasionally the lack of people who could speak English well was tricky, although with patience most things could be worked out. I don’t think they should have held a cooking class when you couldn’t talk to the teacher!
This is not a seedy, overly developed island and that is why I liked it. Expect a more laid back, quiet approach to things. This is more about the scenery, diving, snorkelling and trekking rather than parties.

Amazing resort on Ko Lanta
Had an amazing time at Langham Place Eco Resort. There are not a lot of nice resorts on Ko Lanta and this is one of the few. Exceptional service. Beautiful grounds with an infinity swimming pool and close to the beach. The room itself is big, spacious and a gorgeous shower with a rain showerhead. They even have a private movie screening room.

Great Resort with Beautiful Landscape
This is a great hotel with one of the best landscape I ever seen. Truly enjoyed the surrounding.
