Would recomend - excellent location and value for money.
The hotel was well located for both the old and new towns, as well as bus stops for routes to/from the airport & Mondello (nearby beach resort). Our room was lovely - huge, with everything you need including air con, TV etc. We also had a nice little balcony. The staff in the hotel were always around and always ready to help us find our way around. A goo all round option.

Affordable, close to bus/train station.
Comfortable. Took a while to figure out how the air conditioner worked, but it did. Not as knowledgeable about where to go and what to see as other hotel places, but it’s easy to hop on one of the tour buses and get a lay of the land. Nice, affordable, normal place to stay.

would be great in the spring & summer !!!
We were here in Feb, following snow - last fell in Sicily 30 years ago! Rooms are large, tiled floors etc, so the rooms were cold (we did get the heat-pumps going + extra blankets) Hotel very central to buses, including airport bus, attractions & Information Centre. Staff very helpful and friendly + a good breakfast from attentive waiting staff.
Traveller's tip on dining
We like to eat where the locals eat - but found in Polermo we ate some very odd meals, due to mis-interpretation! While looking for a eatery serving local food to locals, also check someone can speak a little English to help you!
