Excellent but...
Great hotel. The room was really spacious and was nicely laid out. I have two complaints. Firstly, I had to pay 20 quid per 24hrs my car was in their car park. I was there for the weekend so I wasn’t particularly happy about paying an extra 40 quid for staying there. Not happy about that at all. Secondly, just like the other reviewers have mentioned the air was really dry in the room and the windows were locked shut. That made sleeping at night a little unpleasant especially with the mattress not being so comfortable. It was soft but strangely I didn’t find it very comfortable.

An excellent base for east London
Room and facilities were excellent, as was the quality of the breakfast. The hotel is close to the Canary Wharf underground station and thus can be convenient to central London as well as Docklands and East London. Arriving through the roadworks, I was a little frustrated by the instructions given by the concierge [does he drive?] Breakfast clear-away service poor and we observed signs of tension between staff members who need more training. However I would not hesitate to return
Lots of dining places nearby but quite expensive. Look for Gourmet Burger in Jubilee place

Londons hidden gem!!!
The perfect place to be when visiting london,away from the constant trafick and noise you get in the central of london this has the perfect surounding.The hotel reception is very contemporary you wont be dissapointed ,service is just the way youll like it.We had the doulble standard room and it looked just perfect,looks very cosy with the contemporary mellow lighting.The room is beutifully arranged and the bed is very comfortable you wont want to get up the next morning.Breakfast is a must as there are plenty of food to choose from as many times you like.classic english, friuts, salads, fish you name it they have it..london DLR is just seconds walk and you will also get London underground just 5min walk.surounding the hotel you have a beautiful river and office towers.There are plenty of bars and restaurants to go to.I would rocommend to anyone and I myself would difinitely be back again.
Ther is a shoppong centre just walks away with everything youll need.
