mirachoro1 albufeira- an expensive blackpool in the sun!
if you like irish music, from 10 am through to 5am played outside your room, it is great, if you intend to sleep, not so good! Dont think of having guests or visitors while you are on holidasy here, they are not allowed! And forget watching tv, unless you speak portugese, the satelite is not working!

love to stay again
Hotel was very comfortable, nice location easy to get to the strip.The staff were very attentive to what ever your need be,very polite and helpfull.
Traveller's tip on dining
We like to eat at the blues cafe its opposite the pharmacists on the strip. Excellent food,very reasonable prices great value for money,you never leave feeling hungry.The staff are lovely.

A review of two halves
After reading other reviews of this hotel, i was expecting it to be noisy, and it was, but the noise from father eds, wasn’t a problem if you were in there drinking. The room wasn’t too bad although the bedding was only changed once in 2 weeks and the towels twice, which had the 3 women moaning. The appartment was a 1 bed sleep 4 there was not much storage space. The Girlfriend & daughter wouldn’t go back, but i would if it was with a group of mates. It is not recommended for any one with young kids or miserable old farts who don’t like a good time.
Traveller's tip on dining
Good english food at the Cottage on the strip, if you have a evening dinner you get a money off breakfast voucher. Also the food & service at the Chor bar was excellent, and after you’ve eaten you just pop into their bar for cheap drinks
