Tuscan Paradise
We had a marvelous stay at the Palazzo Mannaioni. Nestled in the historic center of Montaione, the villa has been beautifully restored, with all modern conveniences, while maintaining the charm and atmosphere of an elegant home. The staff is very well informed, welcoming and helpful, and paid special attention to individual guest’s requests. The buffet breakfast and dining menu was laden with local produce and specialties, with a reasonable wine list and complete American-style bar. We highly recommend the Palazzo Mannaioni to all who appreciate a discreet and elegant hotel and look forward to our next visit.

Approachable, friendly staff, comfortable hotel in a pleasant town
We found the staff very approachable, friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was expensive but there are several good places to eat nearby. During our stay there was building work in progress on an adjacent plot which was very noisy.

Beware Major Building Work
The hotel is lovely, well located and the staff very attentive. However the hotel is currently being extended and there is MAJOR and extremely noisy building work underway. I was not made aware of this before booking and was extremly upset to find it on arrival. My advice would be to stay elsewhere until this is completed - unless you enjoy the constant niose of heavy machinery when you’re ’relaxing’ by the pool!
