Good family hotel
The hotel is very close to the Eurostar station at Lille, which was just was well as we arrived at 3am, after an horrendous journey. Even at that time, the reception was staffed by a friendly and efficent individual who got us up to our room quickly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay, including a fridge and a small room safe. We had our 7 year old son with us, and the suite worked well with a screen to shut off his part of the room from ours, so we could read at night without disturbing him too much. Bathroom was spotless and the shower powerful and hot. Only gripe was that our bed was very hard! The hotel is about 10 minutes walk into the town centre, so ideally situated and the room is very well insulated, so one got no noise either from other guests, or the railway. Would recommend the hotel to anyone and particularly if you have children with you.

Loevly hotel
The Suitehotel was a great basic hotel - located directly opposite to the Eurostar and only a 5-10 mins walk to the main area. The room was massive and very clean. Really quiet even though it was next to a dual carriageway. Only negative which isn’t really a big deal at all is the kitchenette needed more teabags, although there were only the two of us, we were in a room that would’ve slept up to 4 people and we were only provided with one teabag, one sachet of coffee and one sachet of decaff coffee.

Vary immpressed
Myself and two friends stayed in one "family" room. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. This is a great hotel for families too because our room would have been big enough for a family of four. Service very good and rooms very clean. It’s close to the centre of Lille and a short walk from the Eurostar terminal. A great find!
Traveller's tip on dining
We had two great dinners out at Le Why not - a taxi ride from hotel but worth it. A little expensive but very good food and service. Ditto for N’Autre Monde which is the centre of town. Again a little pricey but excellent food and ambience.
