Great night in Aberdeen
Having driven all the way from west Wales for a party, I was expecting a decent place to recover. I got more than I expected. The hotel was excellent, and in any other part of the world would have cost 4x more. The room was spacious, and the whole experience was of an upscale hotel. Breakfast was extra, but was not the usual rip-off prices that chain hotels think they can get away with. Location on the edge of town would not suit everyone, but it’s absolutely fine if you’ve got a car.

Huge room with cute bathroom
our room was huge with two very comfy queen beds. We arrived after a very long day on the road and were delighted to have such a spacious, nicely decorated and very clean room and shower with piping hot water plus tea and coffee making facilities. Couldnt fault the bedroom. The barman however was very very slow. But then there was a wedding on in the hotel that day so the bar was probably under staffed.

Could drive harder to get repeat business
Front reception was only ok ... pool closed early (9pm) ... room was what I expected (good and well provided for) ... just lacked a WOW for me.
