Great location, okay service
The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. It was very convenient to be able to walk to all of the Country Club Plaza’s attractions! Didn’t have an opportunity to use the restaurant. One unfavorable comment - the front desk person made the comment, "Oh, you’re an Expedia client." Not sure how I was expected to take that remark, but the tone was not pleasant! That put a slight cast on an otherwise pleasant stay (and didn’t endear us to trying out their restaurant or hospitality).

Great location
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We spent the day walking around the plaza, so the bed was especially comfortable to collapse into at night! The pool was refreshing, but small and crowded at times. Parking at the hotel was not a problem.
Traveller's tip on dining
Take a short walk over to Classic Cup Cafe on the Plaza for a great cup of coffee and a delicious, affordable breakfast!

Excellent for a Weekend Getaway!
This historic site hotel is exceedingly clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent staff. Great location on the Country Club Plaza in KC.
