Great hotel but WIFI is terrible
On check in the upsold me to the club floor which included breakfest, snacks throughout the day, and happy hour with food in the evening, free WIFI and free laundry for two pieces of clothing each day. Since I depend a lot on WIFI for email and phone, I was disappointed that it worked so poorly and always drop the singal and required you to log back in. If this was a business trip I would have changed hotels. To be fair I did not complain very strongly about this I just accepted it as the only flaw that I found at this hotel
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Hotel is very close to the monorail which is one of the best ways to get a round. Taxi’s at the hotel refuse to use meters and charge about 2 times the fare if you got one on the street that used a meter

KL Parkroyal Ideal Location
The hotel is ideally located for the monorail and "Golden Triangle" area making access to Petaling Street and other places of interest to the visitor whether its your first time or you’ve been before. The selection at breakfast is very good as were the in house leisure facilities.

Drinks at the bar are expensive when compared with those elsewhere in Malaysia.
