Helpful & Accomodating
Very pleasant desk staff. The airline had lost one of our bags and had to deliver it to the hotel. It had our clothes for a wedding in it. Desk staff stayed late so bag could be dropped off. Very nice.

Great location off Footbridge!
For the price and location would certainly recommend, we even got an upgrade with a view.

Clean and Comfortable
GOOD POINTS: Two things I rate very high on my list for hotel accommodations is cleanliness and comfort. This hotel met both of those requirements. The location was perfect. Right on the harbor. Steps away from a foot bridge connecting you to the downtown area. We did not utilize the restaurant while we were there. The continental breakfast provided was adequate. IMPROVEMENT POINTS: As with many hotels of this age, the floors are not as ’sound-proof’ as you might like. Therefore, when you are on the 1st floor, you hear every step and dropped item from the room above. The desk staff is not available 24 hrs. We didn’t require anything ’after hours,’ but I could see that causing a difficulty.
