Nice hotel, but some complaints.
My family recently stayed here and we had trouble going to sleep for an hour or so due to hearing every step the people on the floor above us made. That was not satisfactory. Everything else was fine. Good breakfast and comfortable suite.

Best stay in Knoxville
If you want, class, comfort, and convenience, this this is where you want to be. Fabulous modern clean rooms, great complimentary breakfast & wi-fi, and shopping at your back door. Couldn’t ask for more for the price. Have tot ravel monthly to Knoxville, and I will stay here every time.

The room was very elegant and spacious. The free internet service was a plus. Within walking distance to some of the best chain resturants and shops. The in-house snacks very pricey so you better stop at the local store if you don’t want stcker shock for that late night snack.
