Great service from the staff
Arrived cold into Rio. Found staff to be very friendly and helpful. Welcome glass of sparkling wine was a good start. Got plenty of good advise and friendly service during our stay. Highly recommended.

Foi otimo!
This hotel was perfect--clean, friendly, great location, and what a view! Without any kind of upgrade, we had a beautiful room with a 180 degree view of Copacabana Beach. The staff was super friendly, and the room was immaculate. The weather was the only thing that wasn’t perfect.
