Great location
This apartment was cheap, clean, spacious and in a great location, very close to Vatican. You have a small kitchen if you want to eat in and free access to internet. There are good links to public transport, but you can walk to a lot of the main attractions. I have no qualms in recommending this accommodation to anyone.
Buy a Roma pass for three days gives free entry to 1st two selected attractions (not the vatican) and reduction to others. It also gives free travel for three day. Make sure you use it first a the Coliseum and avoid the queues.

A very good place to stay if you’re looking for a self-service apartment close to the Vatican
The apartment is very well located, a few minutes’ walk from the Piazza San Pietro. The ancient ruins of Rome, including the Colisseum as well as important sites such as the numerous squares and other attractions are mostly within walking distance (about 30minutes to get to the Colisseum). If you would rather take the metro, the nearest station is situated about 10 minutes walk from Borgo Pio. The apartment included a well-equipped kitchen, which means you can make your own breakfast or have a late night snack at your convenience. The staff speak English, but you really do not need to go to their office unless to check in and to check out. There is a very nice lounge with TV in the basement, with a computer room and free internet. Very comfortable overall, will surely stay there on my next trip to Rome

Worth more than it cost
What a great place to stay - just like home. If you want to cook do it or go out there are many restaurants just around the corner. This place is well located and you can walk (which we did) to anything as well as take the metro or cabs. A tip plan your trip to airport in advance either on website or through the hotel. When we go to Roma again we will stay here.
