Dirty
We had requested a nonsmoking room and the first room we had smelled terrible, We refused to stay in that room. The second room we pulled back the covers and the sheets were dirty and stained. We changed the beds ourselves. Their are several hotels in the area, when I go back I won’t be staying at the Super 8 in Benton.

Watch Out for the Refrigerators
We were put into a room with a refrigerator, actually an electric cooler. We put our few perishables in the cooler when the phone rang and the desk told us we would have to pay $3.00 to use the cooler and we should bring it right down. We told her we didn’t want to use the cooler and removed all our stuff, putting it back in our cooler. We had been on the road for 3 weeks and had complimentary refrigerators (real ones) and microwaves in most of our hotels so this just plain irritated us since we were not informed of this on check-in.
