Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, lets start out with the first day and having to change rooms three times. Paid for business class room although my side of the hotel did not have internet access. The room is old and although they call it antique furniture, its something youd find at a garage sale and has a 20 dollar cover over it. Ugly UGLY rooms. Theres a reason they dont include pictures of the rooms 1970s TV rarely worked and it when it did, it usually had lines running through it. There is no spa or anything like that....just a sign that says spa with nothing in it. The food is overpriced and absolutey horrible. Location is good, although theres construction all over the place. The staff was nice and they were the only bright side. In fact, they should be paid double for having to put up with constant angry customers. Best way to put it is......this is a 1 star hotel in a 3-4 star location. There are many other hotels in the area that are not as expensive and are right down the road, less than a two minute walk away.

Cultured
This was a very plesaant hotel that is well worth investigating. The ground floor has steam rooms and hot thermal springs as well as a sunken bath that take you back to a bygone time. Perectly situated for investigating this beautiful city with bistros, cafes, restaurants, parks, shopping and thermal baths within minutes from the hotel
The square outside the town hall is the venue for a week long wine festival in August. Very traditional German with Sausages and long benches packed with people haveing a good time without rowdiness.

Superb quality and experience
We got a complementary upgrade to a business class room, and it was fabulous. We were on a ten-night trip across Germany, staying in different hotels each night, and this was our favorite. Check-in/out was a breeze, breakfast was good, and the bed was like heaven. Nice, cold AC and great down comfortors.
