The Best View in Malaga!
Just a perfect stay! We were on the top floor and although we are non smokers and took a smoking room to get the view it was simply breathtaking. Alcazar, Gibalfaro and Cathedral plus commercial port to our left. At night with all lit up it was amazing. Malaga people so friendly but you need some Spanish to really make the most of it - as always!
The Alcazar - beautiful patios and lovely to explore.

Impressed
Away from the centre of City so ok for beaches and for many of the sights but a bit of a walk to get to shops if that is what you want (we didn’t !). Reception were very helpful when we had a few (non-hotel related) problems. Would revisit if we came back to Malaga.

Great find, good location
Malaga, in general, was a great find. Away from the craziness of the Costa del Sol. Staff in the hotel was great, especially the young lady who ran the bar/restaurant.
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
Be careful with excursions if you’re staying in Malaga. The description says they’ll pick up at the hotel - not if you’re in Malaga. They want you go to the other side of town (no coffee shops or taxi stand), and drop you at the same place. On one trip we were picked up at 5AM (not a typo!).
