friendly pleasant stay
my family and i stayed over here for only one night. we found the hotel very comfortable, well equipped and the owner very friendly and informative. breakfast was great and all at a very good price. would def recommend.

Great hotel for your money
This is very neat family hotel located at the border with Austria. Funny: it took ~10 min to walk from Germany to Austria to enjoy a nice austrian dinner with schnitzel and guliash in a nearby village. This hotel could be a good alternative to nearby more expensive hotels in Salzburg. Another good news: parking is free and breakfast is included.

Very relaxing
We stayed here for a couple of nights from the 7th December and was impressed with the size of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel itself is only 20 mins from Salzburg and about 15 mins from Salzburg Airport and is surrounded on all sides by lovely snow capped mountains.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you visit Salzburg, which is a must I would recommend the Xmas Markets, which are huge. Also recommend a trip to the Hotel Stein which has a lovely roof terrace which serves mulled wine and the views of the old town are fantastic, especially at night.
