better than most of the reviews on here!!
cant find a fault with this hotel , everything was perfect . i have , and would recommend this to anyone , including my parents who love their 5 star holidays ..
cable car which goes from tivoli world to the top of the mountains.

Windowless and small
We spent two nights in a studio apartment here, and I am GLAD it was only two! We booked a studio which was made up of a small sitting room/kitchen, bathroom and the strangest bedroom that I have ever had the displeasure to stay in (& in my backpacking days I stayed in some pretty poor places!). The bedroom has no windows and the roof slopes at such an angle that it is not possible to stand at the end of the bed, even while leaning over at an angle. The only redeeming factor about this place was the friendly & hepful staff. They are definitely let down by their hotel & will not be seeing me or anyone that I know again.

Would go back again
Dont stay on the top floor of the hotel as the ceeilings are extremely low in the bedrooms. Unless your a midget but were 5"10 and 6" so it was really annoying. Otherwise everything else is fantastic. There are sooooo many activities you wont need to leave the hotel. Plus a great thomas cook rep for daily trips. Also we repaid for breakfast and dinner which was well worth it for cost reasons.
