This hotel was in a good location, if a bit crowded. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the lounge, dining room, pool area and communal areas were all very well kept and comfortable. The thing that impressed us the most about this hotel was the catering; so much choice and good quality, well-cooked food. The only dissappointment was our room, which was a double but housed 3 single beds, which meant we had to climb over to get in and out. The furniture was old and there were hardly any english TV channels on the dilapidated TV. Overall, just an average stay.
Stay in the hotel! The food was the best thing about the hotel and it is really worth it!

Basic but clean with some improvements needed
Good location although not having its own car park caused us some problems - often our car had to be parked on a street a long way from the hotel as it was a popular area. Hotel was basic but clean and comfortable with a nice swimming pool. The view from our bedroom was lovely with some stunning sea views across to Palma and beyond. Some aircraft noise throughout the day and night but we had expected this given its proximity to Palma airport. Some staff were extremely helpful and courteous but unfortunately some were not. I waited at the reception desk for some time one day whilst the receptionist finished what appeared to be a private telephone call and seemed very annoyed that I needed her assistance! We had a dinner, bed and breakfast package and found the buffet food disappointing - poor quality and insufficient choice. I was rather annoyed at breakfast to find that I was unable to have a glass of fruit juice before leaving as it was 10.31 (one minute after breakfast officially finished) and the dispensing machines had been turned off! The staff were unwilling to be flexible. The lift was tiny - could only occupy two people with baggage at a squeeze and seemed in need of some repairs - sounded very noisy and smelt of oil. Good proximity to the small beach at Ca’n Pastilla and the western end of the bay of s’Arenal - our teenagers found it a good location with plenty to do.
Our teenagers were keen to find some nightlife and were advised to go to Magaluf which is situated the other side of Palma about a 25 minute drive away. The taxi fare was 30 Euros each way and they had a great time!

fine clean 2 star hotel
Friendly welcome received from hotel. Great for quick stop - buffet food was good, and survived our 3 children. Ask for a non road side room, as the traffic/bin collection etc seemed to go on all night but otherwise great
