Savhotel - The perfect base for a bologna weekend.
When we pulled up at the hotel after a very short drive in the hire car from Bologna Airport, my friend and i were impressed on how new and fresh the hotel looked from the outside. Once we had checked in, and we saw the clean and modern room, the hotel seemed even more the right choice. After dumping the bags in the room, we decided to go for explore. We found plenty of shops and restaurants local to the hotel, which good to see, and Bologna centre was only a 20 mins walk. I was really pleased with the hotel, staff and location of the hotel, it was just perfect for my trip. I can’t wait to return with my wife.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, outside of the city
My only complaint is that we had trouble getting to the hotel. No cab drivers seemed to know where it was, so we took the bus as per hotel recommendations. However, bus riders said we were rude for getting on with luggage and did not want to help us with directions. Once we arrived at the hotel, however, we had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly helpful, above and beyond what I would have expected.
