Outstanding
Beautiful hotel, meticulousy clean, great staff. We were upgraded at n/c to a suite. The lobby artwork is fantastic. Only drawback is the neighborhood, but the city is obviously working to revitalize the downtown. I highly recommend their restaurant, "Proof". One of our best meals ever.

Louisville’s Finest
21C Museum Hotel had everything my husband and I wanted in a hotel and more. We are both photographers so the art on display was wonderful and well displayed. The rooms were outstanding, well-appointed and luxurious. Proof on Main was an outstanding restaurant, the neighborhood was convenient for all we were interested in seeing, and the employees were friendly, helpful, and informed. We shipped a FedEx box days in advance, and the box was on the bed when we checked in. Staying at 21C Museum Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences we have encountered. It was recommended by our son, a movie cameraman, who has stayed at some of the best hotels, so when he recommended it, we knew it would be special.
We were in Louisville one day and one night so we were limited in activities.We enjoyed seeing the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory, the Folk Art Museum, and City Hall. Dinner at Proof on Main was the highpoint - with a friendly wait person who told us so much about Louisville and the food was fantastic. 21C Museum Hotel was the perfect location for a one night stay.

beautiful hotel in a great location
Me and my wife took a long road trip and spent one day in louieville, so when I saw this hotel It was a bit pricey but I took a chance. Best hotel on my entire trip. first class all the way. Especially if you love art. The lobby is a contemporary art museum, a block from the fraizer museum and even had an art channel on my tv. beautiful contemporary rooms very large, The food is a bit pricey so we ate a few blocks down in a very nice cafe. Plus the penguins are kinda cool :)
