not impressed
I have writen a complaint following our stay at this hotel, i would have had more facilities if i had gone camping, the staff were very unhelpful at reception and they provided absolutely nothing to make our stay a pleasurable and comfortable one, diabolicle

Not impressed. Outdated.
Old fasioned, poorly furnished, no television or radio, bedroom very small, beds most uncomfortable, no resturant on site or any entertainment. A very disappointing apartment/ hotel compared poorly with other accommodation that we have used in various areas of Spain and Canary islands.
