Best value for a stay in Milan
We recently went on a Italy tour for 11 days and we stayed at Milan for 3 days. The Hotel service was really good, the breakfast buffet was good with my wife really liked the cappucino they gave. They even arrange for early breakfast as most of the days we had to start as early at 6am. Bus (numbers 90 and 91) located just around the corner from the hotel (20sec walk) is well connected to the Milan train staion and to Duomo you can catch tram (2 min walk). Slighly far from the (15-20min) to center of city Wirless internet was good, easy way of communicating with your loved ones back home. Overall best value what you can get for the money you pay.

Good value Hotel in Milan
Hotel good for the price. Followed another person’s description of how to access the hotel - worked a treat. Train from Terminal 1 in airport to Cadorna - then no. 57 bus right to door of Hotel - first stop passed Pia. Firenze. Noise in room next door bad on one evening otherwise fine. Breakfast basic Continental - rolls/bread boiled eggs ham speading cheese yoghurt orange juice cornflakes. Asked for a coffee maker and was able to make Nescafe cappicino in room(took sachets with us). Good takeaway pizza place closeby - don’t go to the local Chinese rest. - not good. Good value and convenient for transport into centre. Close to San Siro for the men!! 2 Edinburgh over 60’s

Good value for money
We stayed in the hotel for just one night and Milan was just a stop over so did not have that high expectations. The hotel was easy to reach with lots of trams stopping near by even if it was quite far from the city centre. When we arrived staff was really nice and friendly and knew lots about the surrounding area and could advice us on a nice restaurant to vivit in the evening. When we checked out staff was a bit confused and disorganised though. The room was very nice but the bed rock hard! Room was facing the street so it was a bit noisy and we could also hear people in the rooms around us coming and going so not to recommend for the noise sensitive! We had to leave early in the morning to catch the train so came down for breakfast at the time when it was supposed to start. It was not ready for another 10 minutes or so which was a bit annoying and once we got our breakfast it was not a great one. However, based on the price we paid and the expectations, it was a very good stay
